1st Test: Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazelwood strike early; India 70/3 at lunch

After getting bowled out for 260 runs, Australian bowlers put on a stellar performance in the first session as India struggle at 70/3 on Day 2 of the first Test in Pune today.


After putting on a brilliant show with the bat by scoring a half century, Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc struck gold when he dismissed India’s star skipper Virat Kohli and Cheteshwar Pujara in one single over.


Virat Kohli was seen dismissed for a  rare duck in only his second ball.


Earlier, opener Murali Vijay was dismissed for 10 runs by Josh Hazelwood.


Earlier, Australia were bowled out for 260 in their first innings on the second day of the first cricket Test against India, here today.
